Bought replacement washer valves at a local plumbing shop because I couldn't get the compression rings off because the thread was too fine on the nut for my remover tool. Had to call for help from a plumber to remove them and install the new ones.

The tech that came out was pretty knowledgeable and got the job done pretty quickly.

The only thing is that it felt a bit overpriced, even with coupons. But with it being an urgent need (water was shutoff and couldn't turn it back on until it was fixed since the old valve was off at this point and leaked even if I replaced it with the old one) I agreed to get it done ASAP.

Always wondered about the services provided by Roto-Rooter and today 7/29/26, I found out! Exceptional customer service. Jeff and Jake explained everything so I could easily understand. Felt very comfortable with them in my home. They are prime examples of what good Customer service is all about! Thank you Jeff for your kindness, expertise and smile! 🫶🏼

Jeff and Jake were phenomenal. A bit pricey but that's what it is as a homeowner. High quality service and expertise by these 2 gentleman! They came, they saw, and they conquered. They easily identified the issue, recommended the solution, and executed the work in a smooth and clean manner. Hassle free and now I will be worry free - thank you!
