We had a clog in one of our toilets that needed to get snaked out and the whole experience was pretty great. I spoke to Deeno over the phone who helped schedule my appointment for the following day and was very helpful and patient with my questions. Mark was the one who helped us out and he was AMAZING. He was on time, knowledgeable, patient and left the space exactly as he found it when he was finished. He explained everything in a way I could understand and told us what work would need to be done further down the line so we could be prepared. Definitely ask for Mark if you call for service, you’ll be happy you did!
