Our condo in Laguna Beach came with top-of-the line equipment, and the shower system in both bathrooms has a European brand of hardware that we really love. When we needed work on our showers, we chose McKeown Plumbing because they were the only one of multiple SoCal plumbers we checked with who had experience with these systems. They analyzed possible solutions and gave us choices and advice on how to proceed with the repair. We chose to use the original European company's replacement parts, which had to be ordered from Europe. Prompt, courteous, experienced technicians, David and Reuben. Good analysis and consult of pros and con of problems and scope of work. Efficient installation and repair with same day completion.

After the plumbing company that re-piped my house in 2011, weaseled out of their so called "warranty," I decided that I would rather pay somebody else to repair their shoddy work. To the rescue, McKeown Plumbing! First, they were receptive to my need for a quick fix. Other places I called were rather disinterested, (no call backs), or wanted to charge a $89 service call fee.
