Brock was truly amazing! From the moment he arrived, he was professional, kind, courteous, and incredibly respectful. He even wore shoe booties inside our home, which we really appreciated. Such a thoughtful detail!
He was an absolute pleasure to talk to and so helpful. He took the time to explain everything in detail, answered our questions, and quickly installed our new thermostat. What impressed us most was that Brock was originally only coming out for the thermostat installation, but he built our trust so quickly with his knowledge, genuine interest in our system, and overall approach that we decided to sign up for a service contract.
He even took the time to embrace our doggies, which of course won us over even more! 🐾

Brock was polite, informative and detailed his system evaluation. But unfortunately could not give us a simple solution to our issues other than replacing our entire system, to the tune of $20000. 4x the cost of the base system before install. If I had got a reasonsble quote of $10000 for a 1 day job....I would have committed to the upgrade. This quote came from Brocks supervisor.
Minimal service work done other than diagnosys....
