“We felt the charge of $448.20 was exorbitant and requested a breakdown of the charges which we never received. Union plumbers get a maximum of $135 an hour (includes medical and benefits). Technician was here 1 hour and 15 minutes and replaced two water valves. Invoice listed all that technician did but isn't that included in the hourly rate?? We were pleased with his work just upset over the charge. If you can provide me with a breakdown I will delay writing a negative comment on Yelp.
