“We are so very happy with our home renovation! From start to finish, the Seapointe team did an excellent job making our vision a reality. Our renovation journey began about a year ago when we had another slab leak in our 43 year old home. This prompted us to get our whole house re-piped. As you can imagine, there were holes all over the house, so there’s no better time than now to get the renovation of our dreams started.

“This review is overdue. I had my house treated by Solo for both subterranean and drywood termites 10 years ago. At the time, Solo was the only pest control company I spoke with that wasn’t pushing tenting — and based on my research, that was exactly what I wanted.

Since then, we’ve seen no further evidence of subterranean termites, and any new signs of drywood activity have been treated during annual inspections by Steve. Why am I confident these were real cases of new activity? For one thing, after 10 years of working with him, I trust Steve. For another, he always shows me exactly what he’s found and explains whether it is — or isn’t — evidence of termites. He also keeps records and has an excellent memory for previously treated spots, so he avoids false positives.

“My air conditioner went out while out of town for 3 months, my wife was home and not happy with the summer heat. I called Rohan & Sons and Dean said he could stop by and look at it the next day.

Dean called me back and said my air conditioner was dead and the system needed a full rehaul after 25 years of service. It was worse than just needing a replacement unit, there was minor mold damage from years of water leakage and extensive wood damage. Dean recommended a mold remediation company.

“BN Design Build Inc. of Laguna Hills—led by engineer Benjamin Norouzi—created a kitchen remodel architecture plan that was nothing short of brilliant. Hired to design and secure city approval in Lakewood, CA, BN delivered an architecture plan for a seamless open-concept floor plan by removing the kitchen–living room wall and concealing structural beams within the ceiling. Ben’s creative engineering halved the required beam thickness, allowing for a cost-effective recess of the beams into the ceiling that preserved aesthetic flow. The scope also included removing three windows and adding a 4' × 9' waterfall island, with all-new cabinetry and appliances. BN completed the plans on time and within budget. The city approved the plans with zero corrections, and throughout the two-month build Ben remained readily available. “I had requested for a quote for the Garage cabinet. Kevin came to make measurements and gave me a quote within 24 hours. Kevin worked with me for a design and the price was competitive. The installation team worked hard and finished it within 8 hours. It took around 2 weeks from a final design to the installations. Recently, we remodeled our home. The house was built in 1972 and needed a serious upgrade that included the kitchen, master and guest bathrooms as well as the master and guest bedrooms.

In addition, the driveway and rear patio required replacement.

To accomplish these tasks, we needed to hire a quality contractor who would give us a fair bid. We interviewed approximately 20 contractors until we met IGS.
