“I stop by the Pearle Vision store in La Jolla, near Whole Foods, to inquire about scheduling an appointment to have my glasses adjusted. I didn’t purchase the glasses there, so I was expecting to make an appointment. To my surprise, Tracy was kind enough to offer to look at the glasses and make the right adjustments. I offered to pay, but I was told it wasn’t needed. I want to show my appreciation by writing this review, but I just noticed that I was not the only one to receive this amazing service. I wish every store had the same service.

“Thank you Joey! I'm so happy I found the perfect replacement pair of glasses and an amazing business. My frames were damaged and I found out that they were discontinued. So I went around to the different optical stores in Mission Valley and Fashion Valley. I was a bit disappointed with the selection and wanted something similar to what I become comfortable with. I was also looking for someone to help me make that decision. Several times I was just told go look around and try to find something you like.I heard about Be Seen Optics and decided to go visit them. When I walked in the door I was greeted by Joey. I could tell right away he was a professional and he quickly understood what I was looking for. He was able to find me a brand that was very similar to what I liked. After trying on a several pairs I found the exact one that I wanted. I thought to myself that was way easier than I thought it would be. So we spent some time looking 's at other styles. After that, I knew that I'd found the perfect frame. It really makes a difference working with someone who understands how to assist someone looking for a new frame. I think if you're looking for more of a personalized experience I would strongly recommend this business.“

“I've been going to Dr. Stephen Chinn office for over 10 years now. The staff always provides great customer service and have taken extra steps to take care of my needs. Dr Stephen Chinn took care of me when i came back from a Vietnam trip with a scratch on my left eye. Walked me through every step from the medicine, healing time and the length of recovery. Highly recommend this place for anyone looking for a great optometrist.“
