Just got off the phone with John aka JB. I was trying to order frames through their website & unbeknownst to me they don’t do that. Anyway, JB gave me like 10 minutes of expert advice telling me exactly how he would go about getting glasses as a first timer. He saved me a ton of time & headache & was extremely nice to me as someone who is across the country on the east coast. As someone who can’t be a customer bc of living on the east coast, he still was so helpful & generous with his time & knowledge. If I lived anywhere close to one of these locations, they would be the 1st place I go. Thank you again
