I’ve tried chain opticians and boutique places. Target optical is always clean, the doctor on staff is excellent and professional, no upselling; and the frame selection is excellent. I’ve always liked RayBans because of their fit, and they have a very good selection for a smallish space. The staff is helpful for after-purchase visits and frame adjustments too. Jill in particular was a real asset on my last visit - I had to replace some lenses after I’d dropped and scratched my glasses on the sidewalk. She helped me navigate an insurance option that made the purchase much less painful.
I can’t tell you how thankful I am for the optical department in target. I am in San Diego for a conference and the Screw in my glasses fell out while in target.. Luckily NINI was able to repair my glasses in a very short time. Thank you again NINI for your help. Your were very kind.
I needed my glasses adjusted along with the screws replaced and Hermila provided me with absolutely amazing service. Thank you for taking such good care of my glasses! Target Optical at Mission Valley rocks!
