Great for my first visit! Dr. Espinoza was very professional, very knowledgeable and answered my questions thoroughly. Ileana was very informative about the frames, how my insurance would apply and made sure all my questions were answered before I made my final decision. I will definitely come back for future appointments.
I must tell you that I was totally pleased with my experience My interactions with everyone was excellent. It started when I walked in the door. I was greeted pleasantly when I arrived. Doctor Riolan Marbun O.D....I felt totally at ease and comfortable with him and how he conducted his investigation. He is talented and gifted. There was absolutely no upselling at any point during my visit to the office and even when I was searching through some of the more economical frames it was all good. We had a short discussion, then made the purchase, and I felt good about the whole visit. Thank you again very much and I'll see you again in six months. Let me just say in closing...read full review
Jill at Target Optical at Target Mission Valley was SO HELPFUL. She Took the time to help me find just the right shape and color of frames for my progressive glasses. Very thorough and explaining everything and answering ALL my questions. VERY HAPPY!
