I couldn't find the SALT optics glasses I wanted until one day I walked in and met Kieu! She helped me get the glasses with my existing prescription. After my pleasant experience with her, I decided to change to this office for my needs. :) I have seen Dr Tran and Dr Thai, and they are both incredible! Shoutout to Joanna for teaching me how to use contacts (and having the same birthday as me )! I also really enjoy the beautiful dogs and fish in the office. Thanks for all of the lovely experiences we've shared together.
I've been going to new Optix for close to a decade now. I appreciated that Dr. Tran was knowledgeable about my insurance benefits and I loved how they always carried designer frames. When I was pregnant and had a retinal tear, he referred me to an amazing surgeon and I love how the offices are in continuous communication. He also encouraged me to look into lens refractive surgery followed by lasik which has greatly impacted my life. Now I'm going to Dr. Ta to get IPL to help with my dry eyes. I love the care I receive here and still continue to drive here even though I've relocated to Temecula. I also love how they have newer technologies available.
