In the same way, Jacob who helped in ordering my eyeglasses was calm, helpful and thorough to all my inquiries. Unlike NORMA who helped me first was rushing me and no patience. When I asked what is her name, she suddenly became courteous and requested to put all the papers in an envelope. Kindness ought to be extended because it is genuine, not merely when being observed. Five stars for both Dr. Floresca and Jacob while 0 star to Norma.”
