In the same way, Jacob who helped in ordering my eyeglasses was calm, helpful and thorough to all my inquiries. Unlike NORMA who helped me first was rushing me and no patience. When I asked what is her name, she suddenly became courteous and requested to put all the papers in an envelope. Kindness ought to be extended because it is genuine, not merely when being observed. Five stars for both Dr. Floresca and Jacob while 0 star to Norma.“

“WOW WOW WOW, from the moment that I mistakenly showed up at 10:58 AM, an entire hour early for my noon appointment that I believed was at 11 AM.

I was at a loss for words, so I turned around and walked away…

I was just so proud that I was on time for my first appointment with them, and then I was instantly frustrated with myself for mixing up the times.

As I flipped through my phone, the lady behind the front desk says that their 11 AM appointment was running late, so they would give me her appointment, and she would take my time. WOO HOO, YAY FOR ME. ??

(THE PROS)
1: This office has more optometry testing equipment than any place I’ve ever been. ⏱️

2: The testing process or flow from one machine to the next was seamless. ??‍??

3: They showed me my results right away, and explained everything to me, making this the most informative eye exam I’ve ever had, and I’ve had 12 eye exams at at least 10 different offices. ?????????&?

4: There are a ton more positive statements that I could make about my visit and the staff, but the only thing that I have left to say is that I have found my current and future optometrist office.

??? I believe that every business owner is open to receiving after visit information, especially if it hurts the review of the business, and/or potentially the review of the business.

If I were asked what was the one part of this entire process that I did not appreciate, it’s that I felt like I was being pushed for the up sale, and rather than being asked if I would like to purchase the (Optase moist heat mask), one was added to my “Check”, or receipt, with my co-pay for my eye exam.

Why not offer me the opportunity to check Amazon for something that does the exact same thing.

Next it was off to the frames. My experience progressed from ??& then ?To?.

I had never been, nor do I need to be followed around a small area to pick out frames, or have them picked for me. I HATED IT!!!

I’m clearly capable of chosing frames that I LIKE ON MY OWN.

I hated it, because I have severe back pain, and standing there with someone made me feel rushed to make a decision, or stand there longer looking, while my back was killing me and my legs and feet were going numb.

I did not intend to cave in and settle for something that I did not like, and even though I neeed to rest my breaking back, I pushed through it.

Eventually, I was told that I didn’t have to choose from their frames, and could buy them elsewhere, and bring them back to have the lenses put in at their office.

I’m sure that’s optional as well, but I was not provided that information.

You really deserve five S⭐T⭐A⭐R⭐S

PS. please provide every patient a hard copy of their prescription, because we often need to take them to our primary eye doctors.“

Lucia helped me pick out glasses and sunglasses and I was thrilled with her choices. She showed me some sunglasses I would have never picked out for myself. “I received the most comprehensive eye exam and explanation of the progression of my particular vision issues ever.“

“The place I had been going to for years usually takes about 1–2 weeks to get me my prescription lenses, so I asked ChatGPT for places that could do them faster. This shop came up, so I went in person to ask about pricing and how long it would take.

The person running the shop took the time to explain all my options and was very patient and respectful throughout the process. He was able to get my prescription transition lenses for my new Meta glasses within 2–3 days, which was much faster than what I was used to.

When I first received the glasses, I noticed the lenses had small scratches or some sort of smudge. I brought it up, and without any hassle, he kindly ordered me a new pair of lenses at no extra charge. The replacement lenses were ready within just 2 days, and this time everything looked great. He even let me keep the first lenses he ordered along with an extra glasses frame.

Overall, I had a great experience here, mainly because of the excellent customer service and how professionally they handled the situation. They also get the job done quickly. I’ll definitely be coming back whenever I need new lenses again.“

“Brought my girlfriend here as a walk-in because she had something in her eye that was really bothering her. They were understaffed that day, but still managed to see her within a couple hours. We live close so went home and came back. The doctor was super nice, professional and obviously knew what she was doing. The rest of the staff were also very nice. In the end the doctor found a tiny BUG in her eye and removed it, did a great job of cleaning out any other debris and had one happy patient!“
