“I have an 8x10 ft area rug/carpet that required mire than a 'Rug Dr' clean so i decided to try a professional. rang several carpet cleaning companies & apart from their quotes being rediculously high, it seemed a few of them couldn't determine a time frame to do OR once they got the carpet, how long it would take to clean it (?) zest carpet cleaner was not only the most communicative but informative aswel. After 1 phonecall, my carpet was dropped off & i was informed 7-10 days. I received a text stating my carpet had been cleaned & it was sooner than informed. The result was a very nicely cleaned area rug that both my pets appear to still love so Thankyou to Eric & his team !“
