“I haven’t personally used La Cañada Pet Clinic, but a number of my dog walking clients are very happy with them! They are accredited by the American Animal Hospital Association, which is something I recommend my clients look for in a vet.

The sign out front with the fire hydrants is adorable! Though several dogs have told me the hydrants are hard to reach. ?“

Very knowledgeable yet honest with her opinions and recommendations, always giving two sides of the story, so as a pet owner, I am able to make a sound decision weighing out the pros and cons. knowledge and integrity are two key factors for a good vet.“

“Unfortunately, this was not a good experience. We arrived on time for the appointment and were taken back to the treatment room, but then were not seen, while other pets were seen. When I checked back in with the front desk, they appeared to not know who we were, when our appointment was, or when or if we would be seen. Bad all around.

UPDATE: This issue was promptly--and graciously--resolved with a follow up appointment the following day and free exam. It is refreshing for a veterinary practice to acknowledge and address a concern so quickly and directly. We will be returning.“
