Limehouse staff are wonderful people who have a lot of compassion for animals. They are also very friendly and communicative as they helped our kitty with a diagnosis. As holistic pet owners it was important for us to ensure we weren't overdoing it with medication for our elderly cat and even though the visit was more expensive than our usual veterinarian back home, it was helpful to have the diagnosis. My only regret was that I wasn't firm in requesting only the medication for the diagnosis because my elderly cat was very sick after the supplemental antibiotic shot and has been for a few days. What an amazing first experience we had here at Limehouse! We took our 8yr old, formerly feral cat on his first vet trip. He did great! Limehouse was professional, informed, gentle and thorough. They listened to all the background I shared with them and made the appropriate decisions based on what they were seeing. All of the staff members I encountered were friendly and interacted with him and me so well! Dr Rainey took the time to explain everything to me and Roxanna at the front desk is definitely a professional! My cat and I felt safe and welcomed. The lobby area is calm and spacious. Limehouse is in my old neighborhood and I am so happy to have found them!
First timers - we moved recently so we needed to find a local vet. Limehouse was the one recommended by our rescue. Scheduling an appointment online was super easy. The vet we met was super nice and transparent which we loved. Guided us on how best to take care of our pup during the upcoming months especially since it is flea season.
we will be brining in our cats here too so now the whole family is there. totally recommend if you are looking for convenient and affordable pet care
