“I recently contracted Pacific Concrete to build the concrete decking around our new pool, which was in the process of being built. Our pool company referred us to PC and after getting a couple of other quotes, I ultimately decided to go with PC because their professionalism and the fact that they’d worked with our pool company on multiple jobs. They finished our decking a couple of weeks ago and I’m beyond pleased with the results. The quote and sales process, which was handled by Justin, was timely, professional, and thorough. Justin listened to what we wanted in terms of design and aesthetic, gave us a few options in terms of color and finish, and had a solution to some of the more tricky issues we had to deal with (such as eliminating a sump pump and replacing it with a French drain). The construction process was also handled professionally and as timely as possible. The crew lost several weeks of work time due to the crazy rains in San Diego in February \\u0026 March, but Brandon, Juan, and the rest of the team was there to work and get as much done as they could on the days the weather cooperated. A few other things stand out from my experience with PC. During the construction phase and prior to the pour, I wanted to make sure the areas that were free of concrete weren’t land-locked in terms of having water and electrical sources for future irrigation and landscape lighting. A five min conversation with Brandon led to them adding conduit and irrigation tubes and re-routing some of the water sources in our backyard to make sure we were covered. There was a minimal charge, but I really appreciated Brandon listening to my request and working with me to find a solution. Also, special shout to the detail that went into capping off a few steps in our layout to match the pool coping/finish (see photos). Overall I’m super pleased with the end result and experience working with Pacific Concrete. I’ve already asked them to come back and give a quote for phase II of our project to demo the existing fence and put in a retaining wall. Look forward to working with them again soon.“

“Owner, Jason of San Diego Footing Repair came over and went under our 1956 house with pier and posts and let us know we were in need of six additional pylons and shimming on others that were not touching. Our foundation had a crack that needed to have substance put in it and a couple of braces. He gave us a highly competitive quote (we interviewed three companies) and was professional and knowledgeable about our foundation, explaining the procedures for repairs in detail. We had an emergency sewer problem almost immediately after his visit and Michele at the office was very understanding about our timeline when we needed to address the other issue first. Michele was always available to answer our questions and was so kind to offer an understanding ear during our sewer repair emergency. Happily the day of our work was even moved up a few weeks before scheduled which we appreciated due to the holiday. Dustin, Hirhm, and Lance - our foundation team, arrived early the day of work and were friendly and professional as they worked quickly and effectively on the only day projecting afternoon rain for months. The team worked tirelessly under our house for over six hours and explained work to us if we had questions. They cleaned up everything very well and even bussed out the two extra pieces from our foundation that had crumbled off. At the end, Dustin took some amazing pictures for us and kept the team working hard with his sunny personality and can do spirit. We have recommended San Diego Footing Repair to our family and friends in need of such services and feel very grateful for their expert work.“

“Stemar has been absolutely awesome. Three days before we were going overseas for three weeks my condo flooded. I was very concerned how how everything would work out without being in town. Gabriel Beas a manager from Stemar was in frequent communication and easily reached which was huge with us being so far away. Then when Zaray Ramos took over as project manager the excellence continued. She communicated frequently , often with photos for project status. She was always easy to reach, her timelines accurate and a pleasure to work with. And their technicians did an awesome job of restoring the condo. Really impressive. That was my reaction seeing the finished transformation after Drew and his sons worked their magic to beautify our hideous portion of driveway concrete that was sadly jackhammered and poorly patched up after the repair of a cracked and leaking PVC pipe 3 feet below the concrete. Drew recommended a stone strip pattern with a textured coat finish and neutral coloring to match our landscape. We asked if adding a monogram as an accent was a possibility, and Drew was willing to take on the challenge. With his exquisite penmanship , he made it our own and gave it such unique character. “I was looking into getting a CleanCut product installed, and this company was listed as a local installer. Contacted this company and spoke to Tyler. Tyler was pleasant and listened to my concerns. My mom is not vaccinated and having a contractor in her home was a concern of mine. I appreciate Tyler being very understanding. He made sure the contractor wore a mask and did not report to work if sick. Thank you! This company has installed numerous CleanCut products, and I wanted someone who knew what they were doing because they literally cut a piece out of your exiting bathtub and there is very little room for error. I felt this company was the most qualified. Installer Joao arrived on time (and had a mask on, by the way) and prior to starting the job, he placed drop cloths on our floor from the bathroom to the front door. He was very respectful of our home. Cutting into fiberglass can kick up quite a bit of dust but he constantly had the vacuum going minimizing the dust. He was very clean! Joao did an amazing job installing the CleanCut product from start to finish! It is absolutely perfect and exactly how we wanted it! We love it! Joao is very knowledgeable, kind and professional. Anyone looking to install a CleanCut product, this is your man! Trust me on this one! “Dustin Turley was the manager in charge of removing our old driveway and replacing it in November, 2021. The driveway is over 400 feet long and was in very bad condition. Dustin said it would take a week to remove and replace the asphalt. It did. His crew was efficient, careful with plants and a stucco wall with imbedded tiles along the driveway, and very courteous. Water from our next door neighbor drains downhill across the driveway, and Dustin had a concrete swale poured for the runoff that works beautifully. We just had the driveway sealed after postponing during all the rain this year and again to remove a huge mulch pile from our tree work in June. The work was scheduled twice this month and it rained the day before - in August - each time. Dustin worked with us to schedule a day convenient for us and our neighbors who also use the driveway. Again, Dustin's crew did an excellent and careful job. This work took less than half a day. The driveway looks brand new. We had received bids from other companies that quoted very different costs and were difficult to understand. Dustin's estimate was clear and he answered many questions before the original work. He responded promptly then and now and was a pleasure to work with. Highly recommend.“

“I find myself only writing reviews when I'm either very pleased or very disappointed.... my husband and I were at first a little hesitant to chose Pat bc he was so laid back and on the quiet side. Throughout the whole process, they were very approachable and extremely honest. I think it's really hard to find a contractor/ construction company that has integrity like Pat and his crew.
