“I have worked with R.A.D. on multiple projects. As a property manager, most of the projects require 3 quotes from different sources. I have found that R.A.D. is priced reasonably, and the work has been done on time. The patience and education that they have given me has been priceless. My most recent North Park repair is wrapping up soon and I couldn't be more pleased.”
“Wonderful!
This is a highly professional general contracting company with a wide range of expertise. They started as a handyman service and are now handling everything from home updates, full gut remodels, home additions, etc.
They have completed several projects for me, and I’ve been extremely happy with every one. The company consistently delivers thorough, high quality work and ensures each project is completed to a truly professional standard.
As a new homeowner, I’ve been learning along the way, and they have taken the time to walk me through their findings and clearly explain all available options. They are honest and transparent, outlining the potential outcomes of leaving something as-is, recommending longterm solutions, and offering practical, budget friendly alternatives.
They also excel at managing full projects, including sourcing materials. They research options carefully, provide thoughtful recommendations, and set clear pricing expectations before any purchases are made.
Their integrity really stands out. When a project calls for a specialized skill outside their core focus, they provide trusted referrals to ensure the best possible outcome for you. That level of honesty and commitment to quality is rare and deeply appreciated.
In addition, they are consistently punctual, communicative, and professional. Pricing is always clear upfront, and they maintain an exceptionally clean work environmen leaving each space spotless at the end of the day.
I highly recommend them to anyone looking for reliable, skilled, and trustworthy professionals.”
