One of the challenges was that the only practical access point for the repair—without disturbing the tiled tub enclosure—was through an adjoining closet. Aaron recommended a drywall contractor that DeVinney Plumbing frequently works with and coordinated the scheduling so the drywall and plumbing repairs could be completed on the same day.

Having the entire project finished in a single day was incredibly convenient. Throughout the process, they were transparent, fair, and upfront about pricing, and their workmanship was excellent. “Rod was great installing a Navien Tankless water heater in our home. He spent time explaining items, nuances, and ensured to consult me before making any final decisions on placement of heater, vent, pipe, etc., which was much appreciated. At time of writing however, be aware, he is a one man crew (for the goof and the bad). The good is that he is very personable and doesn't have any miscommunication errors you may get with a larger crew. The bad, is don't expect things to get done as quickly. Rod made up for these deficits by staying late and being flexible with when he worked.“

I didn't have confidence that they were knowledgeable and so I contacted the Leak Locator for a second opinion. Cory replied immediately and Kenny came out within 1.5 hrs. My slab leak location was particularly difficult to locate but Corey and Kenny worked together, using their specialized equipment, until they were sure that they had identified the source (which was different than what the first plumbing company diagnosed). Kenny came out the next day to install new piping to bypass the slab leak. Kenny was meticulous in his work and thoroughly tested the new set up to ensure that it was leak-free.
