Great experience every time! Jesse is very kind and informative. She's gone out of her way several times to give me recommendations for the best deal that my insurance will cover. Dr. Diep is also kind and explains clearly what she is doing and why she is doing it. Highly recommend!

Best optometry office in the South Bay and it's not even close. Beautiful office - only two years old so it's still brand new and has all the latest tech. From the first second I called to make an appointment all the way through walking out the door, everything was a 10/10. Jessie at the front desk is so kind, thorough, and helpful. Dr D is of course amazing. I've been wearing contacts/glasses for nearly 2 decades and have never had an exam last more than 20 minutes - this one was over an hour. Dr D showed me photos of my eyes and explained everything in great detail. I learned so many new things at my appointment that no other doctor ever bothered to mention over all these years. I left feeling super taken care of and grateful for a team that clearly cares about their customers. I will be back!

Excellent customer service. Friendly staff. The doctor explained everything really well and thoroughly. She was super informative and helpful. I highly recommend her. Plan to bring my family members back for an exam.
