“It's June 4 - so officially summer season in the desert. Giovanni was very welcoming and answered all my questions upon checkin.<br><br>The locker room attendant found me perfectly-sized slippers and a robe that actually fits me (I'm currently size 18W).<br><br>I had the locker room and amenities all to myself and enjoyed the outdoor showers, jacuzzi and steam room before my 50 minute facial with Ziggy.<br><br>Ziggy was very personable and gave me a wonderful hands-on treatment, which is just what I needed to soothe my puffy face after a sad day prior. She has been at the Hyatt for many, many years and you can tell she loves her job.<br><br>If it wasn't so hot, I would have loved to stay to enjoy lunch and the pool for a bit, but I'm fair! I will definitely be back to try more of the treatments.
