Went in for threads to treat acne scars predominantly in the temple area and i was worried at first because i dont do well with surgery and needles. Dr. Cosgrove was very good at keeping my emotions in check and ensuring no pain will be present. Once it started, i could not feel a thing which i am very pleased about. Definitely recommend this doctor, the best in the palm desert.
Dr Cosgrove has been immeasurably helpful with my Bell's Palsy condition in stopping the twitching and in making my face look over all much younger and balanced. I look better with Dr Cosgrove and Bell's Palsy than I would have without the Bell's Palsy and without her assistance. Not only this, but she is an absolute angel.
