I woke up to a leak in my garage ceiling. I contacted Pride Plumbing and they were able to send a technician out the same day. David arrived and listened as I explained what had happened. He investigated the upstairs bathroom and did troubleshooting until he discovered the problem. He explained what happened and how to fix it. He was able to fix it the same day. He was polite, professional and a pleasure to have working on this. When he was done, he showed me what he had done and asked if I had any questions.
