Agua Serena Spa is a nice and clean establishment known for its excellent customer service. The staff are professional, knowledgeable, and attentive. This spa offers a variety of amenities, including larger locker rooms with a sauna, steam room, private and shaded jacuzzi, hot tub, cold plunge, and outdoor showers. The relaxing atmosphere is enhanced by a beautiful outdoor co-ed area with great seating, where guests can order food and drinks. The massage therapists, such as Sara and Caroline, are highly recommended for their expertise and ability to relieve knots and tense areas. Guests enjoy complimentary mimosas with their massages and have access to the huge resort pool, which features a lazy river and two waterslides. For those seeking a peaceful experience, there is a separate adults-only pool, spa, and bar. Agua Serena Spa is highly recommended for anyone looking for a relaxing getaway, offering a wonderful body scrub and massage that leaves guests eager to return.
It's June 4 - so officially summer season in the desert. Giovanni was very welcoming and answered all my questions upon checkin.
The locker room attendant found me perfectly-sized slippers and a robe that actually fits me (I'm currently size 18W).
I had the locker room and amenities all to myself and enjoyed the outdoor showers, jacuzzi and steam room before my 50 minute facial with Ziggy.
Ziggy was very personable and gave me a wonderful hands-on treatment, which is just what I needed to soothe my puffy face after a sad day prior. She has been at the Hyatt for many, many years and you can tell she loves her job.

Request Sara for the massage, she's phenomenal!!! Beautiful kind energy, amazing technique and great pressure ( I requested deep). I've had many massages over the years with many therapist and Sara is on top. I look forward to my next appt with her. Thank you so much Sara ♥️
