About Postiff Plumbing and Drains
Postiff Plumbing and Drains provides reliable residential and commercial plumbing services across Orange County. Customers describe the team as absolutely amazing, friendly, professional, and respectful. They work efficiently and explain everything along the way. Reviewers highlight the care taken with homes, noting that after extensive work, the team thoroughly cleaned up, mopped all the floors, and wiped everything down. The company is praised for being very responsive and doing a great job. One customer with a massive leak appreciated the immediate response and fair pricing, noting the plumber did not over-sell the project and elected to do a partial repipe instead of a full job. Another customer with a drain blocked with roots was impressed that the crew cleared it using specialized tools and a camera to show the exact blockage. A Sunday service call for a broken shut off valve was handled fast and efficiently, with a clean-up afterward. Customers consistently say they will use Postiff Plumbing and Drains for all plumbing issues and highly recommend the company.
Garrett and his team are outstanding. We recently purchased a condo and discovered a leak in the utility room that other technicians could not identify. I was understandably distraught, but Garrett and his team quickly got to work, found the source of the problem, and resolved it. He patiently explained the issue and the repair, and the cost was more than reasonable. I was incredibly relieved. The Postiff Plumbing and Drains team is professional, exceptionally knowledgeable, fair in their pricing, and genuinely kind. As new property owners, we have appreciated that they returned to help us with other plumbing issues that have come up. I would highly recommend them.
AMAZING!! They were amazing and did an amazing job! Jack and Garrett were quick and clean and efficient! We were 3 hours into a hell faucet replacement and they turned it into pleasant fix! Especially on a Saturday! I appreciate the extra mile of cleaning up the sink area and under the sink from our mess earlier in the day.
Kitchen sink faucet replacement.
My fiance and I used Garrett, Wesley, and his crew for plumbing needs at our condo and couldn't be happier with our experience. Our laundry room needed a hot/cold and water drain box installed and one of our showers had a faulty water diverter with a need to replace all the shower fixtures.
Garrett was very responsive and got us a very competitive quote for quick repairs. He sent 2 guys to our home to simultaneously work on both projects to minimize disruption to our water access. The arrived on time, worked quickly but very thoughtfully, and did a wonderful job with high attention to detail. We definitely will be using Postiff Plumbing for all our plumbing needs...read full review
