“This is long overdue. I always have an easy time getting my teeth cleaned here because of Arcie. I am very sensitive and had seen several dentists before meeting her. She's very welcoming and always checks to make sure I am comfortable. Best of all, she's very gentle. I can't wait to bring my kids here to get their teeth cleaned by her. I would be so disappointed if she ever moved. I work in customer service, so I know how important it is, and that's why I am so comfortable with her. “I have always been afraid of going to the dentist for various reasons. This is the first time I’ve ever been comfortable with a dentist office and I’m in my 60’s. They are the best. They’re the most understanding and they act like real human beings instead of people that are above and better than you. They are the best of the best and you’ll never find a better office.“

“Park Lake Dental has been my dental provider for probably about 18 years. As a child I was very nervous about going to the dentist due to some previous traumatic experiences. They were, and still are, very respectful of my concerns and sensitivities. From the first two or three visits, they remembered my needs without me having to remind them. Only once have I ever had a small issue with their work (filling was not perfect, caused painful bite) and they were very responsive to that. When my insurance provider changed, I was very worried when I learned they didn't take my new insurance. I hesitantly asked what my out-of-pocket cost would be without any insurance. It was VERY reasonable, and for context, I'm definitely on the lower end of the earning spectrum. It's been a few years now and even when I need fillings and x-rays, the cost is very affordable. Park Lake Dental is very convenient in that they are just a few minutes from my house. That said, they are so excellent I would gladly travel 30-45 minutes just to know that I will receive the absolute best care. Today I brought my 3 and a half year old daughter for her first ever dentist visit. They couldn't have been more encouraging and supportive. They offered her surprise toys and stickers for doing well, they were enthusiastic and very friendly with her, and even had a supportive friend she got to interact with which made her day. My daughter has been so excited all day and has been telling everyone her friends at the dentist were so nice to her. TL;DR: I can't imagine ever changing providers. I don't think anyone else would give as thorough, cost-effective, and empathetic care. I highly suggest Park Lake Dental for anyone who either does not have or isn't happy with their current dental provider.“
