“Recently moved to Pleasant Hill and needed a new dentist. My husband saw Dr Sani and had a good experience so I decided to give the office a try. I was very impressed. The office was very clean, staff professional, kind, high EQ. Dr Sani was great. I had a gum issue and instead of just being aggressive with a treatment plan, he was thoughtful and we discussed next steps with a step-wise approach. He also used an ultrasound water device to do part of the dental cleaning. This was a big improvement over the scrapping device which my prior dentist only used. I highly recommend this office.“

“Dr. Tarassoli is a GREAT dentist. As a 60-something-year-old, I've been to my share of dentists over the years. Braces, root canals, crowns, bridges, etc. Probably had 7-8 dentists over the years in various locations I've lived. During the pandemic, my dentist of 10+ years retired (yet did not tell his patients!). Of course, I needed a replacement. My daughter visited Dr. Tarassoli prior to the pandemic and gave a good recommendation. Two crown replacements and a filling later, I'm NOT disappointed in the least. She obviously has all the latest training and technology available to her. Furthermore, she is very nice - top notch!It's a rather small practice, but I don't seem to have to wait long to get an appointment. Even if I did, I'd wait - she's that good. Plus, a small practice means friendly, small-town folks working there.Give her a try - you're mouth will thank you.“

“Dr. Backstrom and team have been such a blessing for me. I came from a dentist's office that made me really uncomfortable and treated me like I was always doing something wrong. Dr. Backstrom came to the rescue during a dental emergency and the entire office was so kind and welcoming. Having approachable staff is so important in this field. I got my tooth taken care of and now have a fantastic relationship with my dentist and her team. They are all really bright, cheerful (funny!) people that put you at ease when you most need it. Don't get me started on their state of the art set up... Top of the line equipment and they offer a scented wrap for your neck and a blanket to make you comfortable. I honestly felt like I was in a spa!Highly, highly recommend!“

“I was a new patient and arrived early as requested to fill out my intake forms, which only took a few minutes to complete but I wasn't called in until 25 minutes after my appointment time. Several established patients arrived after me and were immediately seen.This office requires that the initial appointment be an oral health examination only - cleanings are separate appointments. The exam went smoothly, with the tech doing my bite-wing x-rays and a scan of my teeth before the dentist came in. Dr. Chen was calm, friendly, and very thorough. He walked me through his findings and gave me a straightforward plan for addressing the issues. I asked about having some old fillings replaced and he said there was no rush.I was scheduled for 3 follow-ups after that (including the cleaning) and each time, I was seen very promptly. The cleaning was the best I've ever had and each cavity I had filled was done comfortably and recovered with no pain or sensitivity afterward. I am so glad I found this office and look forward to having all of my dental work done here from now on!“

“Been going to union dental for about 7 years now and I love this place. We had no dental insurance so we used to have to go to western dental so once I got my job and got benefits I was able yo get a better dentist. Went to Like 3 Until I my co worker told me about this place. So we started going there and wouldn't trade them for anything. The staff is so caring and it's all about you with them and making sure you are ok. We all know dental issues can sometimes be painful and costly but they always try and get you on asap to at least bring you relief until they can get the work finished. And they have pay as you go during your treatments. It is super awesome. I convinced my fiancé to switch over to them with his 5 kids so we are all part of union dental So trust me when I say this is the place to trust with your dental needs Thank you to the staff for being so awesome always Oh and I seen some pretty negative comments and I found them a little bit off because some make no sense and they haven't even been patients to even be rating all like that Is But you can't please everyone. But I got years in this and we have 7 kids ages 1 to 25 that have been getting seen here for years so our review has weight. Wow super long review, but I needed to give them the review they deserve“
