“We had our HVAC system serviced by Andrew Limon at Henry Mechanical and it was a great experience. They set up the appointment on a date and time that I was working from home. I received a text message letting me know Andrew was on his way. He was friendly and let me know what to expect during his visit. He had shoe coverings and was very respectful during his visit. He did a very thorough inspection and service of our system. He tested everything after servicing the system and it works perfectly. “I usually love these guys. But our recent experience left a bad taste in my mouth. Our water heater (haven't had it for 6 years yet) threw a code and stopped working. Had a fellow out to look at it. He, basically, turned it off and on again, told my husband it would probably only last for a few showers and pushed him to replace it for close to $5k. The attempt at upselling was distasteful.“
