Update: 10/21/2021 Jesse came to service the heater for winter. Jesse was professional, courteous, explained things in a way my 95 year old mom understood.
Will I recommend? Yes of course, no different than last time. Matter of fact, this is my second year of contracts with them. Contracts save a few dollars and I have less worries about my mom's comfort and safety.

Tried to make it easy on the customer, show how to relight the water heater, but it needed replaced.

Very thorough in their investigation of why it kept going out. But ultimately the parts were discontinued, and the whole thing needed replaced.”
