Jacob not only knows his craft, he is a master of it. I had a new stove to be converted to propane and he made it look so easy. I was very satisfied, not only by his skills but by his knowledge. I highly recommend him and Pine Ridge Plumbing.
Well, first the drain was slow for 26 years, now it’s amazing, it works like all the other drains, fast! I also really appreciate his looking at piecemeal work over the years and suggested fixes and a look see at the tankless water heater that he thought was a little off. All the work was done by a friend over the years who was “handy” but not a professsionak.
I had a great experience. When my water main broke, they were able to arrive onsite within a few hours and begin the repair right away. They set me up temporarily with house water while trenching the line and made some recommendations for future reliability. The guys were friendly and did an excellent cleanup.
