Although these incredible people may not know enough English to communicate, their hands are able to identify an issue and work on it from a true holistic and healing perspective. “I stumbled upon Stephen's practice about six months after spraining my jaw and suffering from whiplash. I had not been able to sleep without neck pain, headaches, numbness in my hands, etc for a couple of months. I was desperate for some ease. After my first session (which did not directly work on my injuries) I felt relief. I proceeded to do the series and learn what Rolfing is all about and I'm sold.
