Soul Lux Physical Therapy

I highly recommend Daniela and her work as a physical therapist. She provides equal attention and emphasis to the holistic components of bodily healing which I greatly appreciate. She is highly intuitive with her approach, this along with her anatomical/physiological training allows for her to really connect with the body and help her clients to work through and restore homeostasis (balance) to the body. She is very caring and walks you through what she is doing and helps you to better understand why your body may respond in a certain manner and provides you with the tools and exercises that you can take home and use to promote healing. I would not hesitate to refer others to her.

Daniela combines her medical knowledge with body wisdom for deep healing. When talk therapy was not longer helping me move through difficultly, turning to Daniela and understanding how the body holds emotions and energy has given me relief and tools to move with ease through life.

Daniela is one of the best practitioners I have ever worked with! She is so educated & talented in a variety of modalities - craniosacral work, visceral work, lymphatic support, nervous system support, somatics & emotional processing and physical therapy - icing on the cake is getting some exercises to take home as needed! I can't recommend her enough. She's helped me move through a variety of support with my chronic health issues - including migraines, TMJ, neck and back pain, digestive support and emotional processing and more! If you're looking for someone truly knowledgable, caring, integrative & intuitive - give her a try!
