“The staff was polite and welcoming, and the two older ladies working there were kind throughout my visit. However, the lack of air conditioning made the experience uncomfortable, especially during the summer heat. Unfortunately, the massage itself was mediocre and felt unprofessional. The therapist mainly used repetitive pounding and tapping rather than applying proper technique, pressure control, or targeted muscle work. It honestly felt like something anyone could do, rather than a skilled massage. Communication was also somewhat difficult, as one staff member does not speak fluent English, which made it harder to express preferences or concerns during the session. On a positive note, they do offer special treats, which was a thoughtful and appreciated touch. Overall, the experience was mixed, with some positives but also several areas that need improvement.”
