Been coming here for a long time, I really enjoy phoenix night sauna. It’s a good relax downtime and they have really nice staff on the front desk Sarah is such a sweetheart. She’s always very helpful. I would highly recommend this spa . Also love the out door shower.
I love this cutie little sauna in the woods that is clothing optional. Simple and effective, this little 4 personal sauna allows you to add water to the rocks to create steam. Cooling off options are a gorgeous outdoor shower or just resting on the seat outside. No frills, just good vibes. Vela provides a basket for your personal items, towel, and optional sandals. I didn't see lockers. I didn't have a massage but maybe one day. I would definitely come back for a little sauna-ing! Price: $30/1hr - they want you to complete showering and dressing within the hour time slot.
Well, the three of us visited the Vella massage retreat not really knowing what to expect. Two of us were just going to have a relaxing sauna, and foot soak well the other one had a facial and massage.
Little did we know that after the experience, all of us would feel so relaxed, pampered, and taken care of. Jen, the facialist was especially accommodating and really nurturing to the skin issue I had mentioned.
This location, a retrofitted house on the side of a hill with a very nice deck was the perfect experience for us. It had something for everyone and we certainly will return.
