I did a full series of Rolfing, and it was a great experience. My body feels much more aligned, and I am experiencing more comfort In my daily life. Stephen was a pleasure to work with and I would highly recommend his services.

I developed a severe case of Sciatica last fall and began my search for the proper therapy to get healed.. I'm an avid pickleball player and frequent the gym for strength training also. I had chiropractic treatments that offered temporary relief (for this condition) and also some initial "deep tissue" PT that began to show some results..
