I am someone who has lived most of my adult life in a chronic state of fight-or-flight - always too busy, always stressed out, always exhausted. I have been to many massage therapists of different styles, and Paige is the most holistic and knowledgable practitioner I have encountered. I had a revitalizing experience when visiting Paige - I was hoping for a massage, and I got so much more. Her space is filled with very calming energy - therapeutic sounds, well-constructed use of essential oils, great use of heat to relax the muscles, additional resources on hand (towels, hot stones, eye pillows), and relaxing light. Her massage style is intentional, fluid, consistent and responsive. She will work deeper into areas that you request, or if she experiences tightness and knots while working on you.
