Went through First American Home Warranty. Got an appointment the next day. Nick came out on time. He checked my unit and cleared my clogged lines. He knows his stuff. He's professional and knowledgeable. Fixed the issue. Good to go. Thank you.

Fantastic service! Our AC unit broke in the middle of a heat wave. They showed up early and fixed our AC unit the same day. They were very friendly and professional. You can trust them. I would give them 10 stars if I could!

All the other AC people that came out said I needed a new air conditioner. I was getting quotes between 8000 and $10,000.Garnick came to give me an estimate for a new AC. Unlike all the other professionals that came before him, he did a diagnostic on my old AC and told me it does not need to be replaced. He serviced it by cleaning it, took out a compacted filter and added 1 lb of Freon. Total cost was $250. Big difference from $10,000Thank you Garnik (Greg) for your honesty. I don't have enough words to say thank you.
