The project was challenging for a variety of reasons not the least of which was it was done 100% remotely which Mehdi taking the reigns for project management as part of his stellar general contractor services. Mehdi is both artistic and practical (with his engineering background) and he has great vision on re-imagining a space and more importantly, he listens to you and collaborates with you to come up with a final product that exceeds expectations! To be clear this was a very large project with included remodeling of the master bedroom, master bathroom, guest bathroom, two stories of flooring and stairs, kitchen and living room re-imagining as well. While we were at it, we upgraded the entire lighting system to smart home. His team are gifted with turning the vision into a physical reality and they are very detail oriented and orderly, I have nothing but praise for their dedication to the project. We all keep commenting about how good the floors look! They were on-time, here all day and were a pleasure to work with!“

“We called Eshed after seeing his many five star reviews. The granite strip at the edge of our kitchen sink had cracked and lifted. We thought the repair would be extensive and expensive. Eshed immediately came out and repaired the granite so that the crack is completely invisible. Old world craftsman skills at a reasonable cost. While he was here he and his crew re-grouted all our sinks and the bathtub... then re-sealed my kitchen granite counters. They look brand new. Excellent work. They worked efficiently and totally cleaned up after the job. We are more than satisfied with his work and highly recommend him to anyone needing tile or stone work.“

“I had about 1100 SF of carpet that I wanted to tear out and was looking for a company that could stain and refinish the white oak parquet floors that were underneath the carpet. I requested an initial quote through Yelp and Bino's team was able to follow up with an in-person walkthrough to confirm the condition and square footage. I received a quote of about $6,600 for labor and materials, which took into account the condition of the flooring underneath. It took about 2 weeks between when I paid my deposit and when the work was able to start. Carpet tear-out took about a day. It took about a week (weekends included) to sand the floors, stain, and apply 3 coats of oil-based PU. Alejandro did the bulk of the refinishing and was a pro at his job. He did a great job patching parts of the floors that were damaged and with refinishing everything.Two months have passed since the job was completed and the floors still look amazing. I would highly recommend Bino's Flooring to anyone looking to get their floors refinished.“
