Vladim as diagnosed that our Microwave needed a new control panel, and it was cheaper to just buy a new Microwave. Our repairman, Vladim, not only fixes appliance problems, but he thinks outside the box. He created a fix for an issue I have had with my Kitchen-Aide Ice Maker since I bought it in 2013.
