We have an older KitchenAid Built-In Electric Convection Oven which also has a built-in microwave. We had a power outage and had to reset the circuit breaker. However, afterwards we could not get the oven door to unlock despite talking directly with the KitchenAid troubleshooting expert, so we had no oven or microwave. With KitchenAid we made an appointment with a factory technician for 1 week in the future with an 8am to 4pm window. I called the owner, Sobir, about getting my dryer repaired. He was there in a couple of hours and repaired my dryer perfectly at a very reasonable price. He had to replace the v belt pully and a couple of other parts. The dryer had not been cleaned maybe ever and so he spent an extra half hour removing all the dust and dirt. He pointed out that it was a fire hazard and should be done every few years. Did not charge me extra for the additional service. Great guy and very knowledgeable on appliances. I highly recommend him and will be using him for all my appliances.

My dryer started making a terrible noise so I emailed Profe Fix Appliance Service. Sobir called me back within 5 minutes. We discussed the issue by phone and he gave me a verbal estimate. Two hours later he was at my house to fix the issue. After looking at my dryer, he gave me the set price which was very fair, and he did not charge a service fee like the two other companies I called would have. My dryer is currently running and it's quieter than ever before. Sobir was very friendly, knowledgeable, and efficient. If I ever need appliance service again, I will call Profe Fix and ask for Sobir.
