My sister Celina came to visit from Las Vegas. About 2-3 after she arrived she began to cough. It turned into a very very bad cough. We took her to this health clinic. Even though she was from out of state they were very accommodating. The receptionist was very helpful, respectful and kind. Because Celina had a cough and it's one of the symptoms of the Covit virus we couldn't go in . They made her a phone appt. Now I thought that isn't going to work ?, she needs to be seen. To my surprise ? ? it did work !! The doctor ordered some medicine, took a x-ray , found the problem and BAM !!Celina is on the road to recovery . Their new phone tree sending you to a person asking if its Santa Clara or Alameda is a joke. I am calling Alameda numbers. Don't put me on hold multiple times. They give you a primary care physician but don't always give you email access to your physician. This is a problem as I try to handle my disabled sons healthcare. I can't email the doctor. I have been waiting 3 weeks for a prescription refill for him. I called 3 times, emailed on mychart twice and took him in to be seen even though we are in there all of the time. YOUR SYSTEMS ARE WASTEFUL AND YOUR STAFF ARE SPENDING A LOT OF TIME ON BUSY WORK. I have found the nurses and doctors and staff in the front to be polite,...read full review
