Allergy: Fremont Center: Palo Alto Medical Foundation

Got here on sat morning at 8:30am for my lab appt, east parking right outside the building with cover. They have 2 line set up by the lab, one with appt and the other walk in. The person help check in and within 5 mins I got my lab done and walk out by 8:45am. The lab tech was very friendly get my ID check according to procedure. I didn't even fill anything since she was trying to talk to me causally. Thank you great service.

I've been receiving medical care from here for years and admire their professionalism and quality of care. There are three buildings, a surface parking lot, underground parking and a parking structure. This facility can get fairly crowded, so having all the parking is greatly appreciated. My Primary Care Physician, Dr. Albert Wang is here and I've been his patient for years and continue to receive excellent care. Over the years I've used their lab for blood and urine tests and radiology department for x-rays. I also come here for flu and other vaccinations as needed. I've also met with Dr. Halligan in Orthopedics regarding a problem I'm having with one of my knees. The staff are very polite and helpful and take the time to ensure your experience is a good one. Kudos to them for navigating thru this pandemic in a professional and humanistic approach.

Been coming here since I was a baby (minus the few years that I had to switch to Kaiser due to work insurance). But I've always been happy coming to PAMF even though the wait times are a bit longer than expected during your appointment. Dr. Jennifer Lai is the best for primary care doctors! Very attentive, patient and responds quick to any questions over messaging. She also has Saturday appointments available, but you gotta hop on those fast! I do like how they have video appointments available too and that myPAMF is very up to date with a bunch of tools/resources to avoid having to go in person unless really necessary.
