Got a new primary care doctor here. She is nice and caring. Also did a surgery here at the Orthopedics. The doctor did a great job. He is very professional, considerate and patient. Everything is going smoothly and I'm happy to come here.

I came to PAMF in Fremont multiple times to assist with translation and my experience has been either a hit or miss here depending on staff. Would give a 5 star experience for the radiology department from yesterday's encounter for the awesome customer service and PT Catherine who's always been fantastic, but a 1 star experience at the PCP department from the week prior when either the MA or LVN was rude and refused to answer how long their average wait time was. It doesn't make sense to make someone wait for 30 minutes when no one was waiting in the lobby. The clerks at the front desk of the PCP department that day were professional and nice.
