“First time experience. The cleaners came and I expected. 10 minute water test. Unexpectedly, it’s turning into a 3 hour water shut off. Obviously, they couldn’t finish but what they did do was excellent. Professional, kind and friendly. Will reschedule for next time.”
“This review is long overdue. I had cleaners scheduled to come to my place after spending a bit of time debating on whether their pricing was reasonable. When I finally booked for them to clean my home, they ended up being a no-show. I called ShineBrite, (not realizing how much closer to me they were which was a plus) and got a call back within a half hour from the owner Jesse. He was kind enough to stop by and check out my home for a quote within 15 minutes. I booked with them to clean my home and they did a very thorough job! I've booked with different cleaners in the past and was never fully satisfied with being a repeat customer with them, but after working with Jesse's team I was sold. These are some of the nicest people I've worked with and they do an excellent job! They've been in business for years, and know what they're doing. You won't regret booking with them and their recurring service packages make it really convenient so you don't have to worry about rescheduling. Once you have them clean your home, you'll see why they book up pretty fast :) Thank you Jesse and to ShineBrite for your amazing customer service and how easy it is to work with you all! Hoping this review blesses you with many more customers.”
