I’ve struggled with chronic ant infestations at my complex every summer and have had a hard time getting rid of them, despite trying out numerous traps and preventative measures. I reached out to them and they scheduled me in quickly, the technician was really efficient and everyone I interacted with was both polite and professional. “I had a great experience with Cura Pest Control! The technician (victor ) did an outstanding job ,he was extremely thorough and detailed. He removed all the spider webs from around the house, including the doors, windows, garage, patio, and even the trash bins and patio furniture. He carefully treated the entire exterior for ants, spiders, earwigs, and other pests, and also did interior treatments on all three floors to target any activity inside.

They show up on time, provide excellent service every time, and my assigned technician,,Tim, is pretty much like family at this point. “We’ve been using Pacific Coast Termite for a few years now for annual termite inspections and rodent (rats!) control. No issues on the termite side—they’re responsive, thorough, and quick to come out if we think we’re seeing activity between annual visits.

We also hired them to deal with rats in the attic. They inspected the house, sealed the entry points, set traps, and came back several times to check on things. But after our handyman found a fourth dead rat—after Pacific Coast had already declared us rat-free—I used our warranty and asked for a reinspection. They came out right away. Turns out the previous inspector hadn’t done the job correctly, so the supervisor stepped in, handled everything, and reinspected the entire property. Since then, we’ve been rat-free.

Pacific Coast's pricing is fair, and they do make things right when something slips through.

One thing I’d love for them to update: the payment process. They’re still mailing paper invoices where you write down your credit card number or send a check—or you call and read your card number over the phone. It’s 2025. Please give customers an online payment option.
