I've had Terminix for many years now and they're great! They are responsive, have superior customer service (with an actual live person on the phone!), and the cost is very, very reasonable. Jonah is my technician and he's amazing... He does a great job, explains everything thoroughly, really listens anytime I have an issue, and he's always got a smile on his face. I couldn't ask for anything more!
Steven was on-time, professional, answered all my questions, addressed concerns, extremely helpful and supportive. Definitely was in good hands with this entire experience.
