Ivan came out and did an inspection. He was very thorough and even went on the roof to check for access points for rodents. He gave great recommendations and told me the droppings were from a previous infestation that is no longer ongoing. He did not upsell me on anything and the visit only cost me $50.Best Pest quoted me $2600 for something I didn't need.

I have the service with them for more than 7 years.. their services is very reliable and very helpful in terms of scheduling and being on time. They are more than willing to help out figured out issue instead of simply spraying. Highly and Strongly recommended. Their price is better compared to most pest control in the area.

Serious issues with roaches due to neighbors with livestocks. Richard was punctual, knowledgeable, professional and well mannered. Removed the wasp nests and mosquitos on the porch ceiling safely. Sprayed inside the garage as well as the perimeter of the house. We are very satisfied with his work and we will use Preferred Pest Control again.
