“I had an excellent experience at Pleasant Massage. I was able to book a same-day, one-hour massage through their online system, and the process was seamless.

As a first-time client, I was impressed by the cleanliness of the facility and the warm hospitality from both the front desk staff and my massage therapist Annie. The room itself was simple yet comfortable and inviting, with a thoughtful touch—a fresh rose stem placed on the bed.

Having had many massages over the past 25+ years at a range of establishments, I can confidently say this was among the top three in terms of overall quality and how great I felt afterward. I look forward to booking with Annie again next month!

The only area for improvement, in my opinion, is the request for prepayment at check-in, which felt slightly off-putting. Otherwise, everything was outstanding, and I would highly recommend!“

“Got a massage here for the first time. Easy to make an appointment online. The place is clean and the staff are friendly. The massage is pretty good for its price. The only reason why I’m giving 4 stars because the room was a little bit chilly and my masseuse wiped my entire body with warm towel after massaging my back and legs before I turned over but then i get pretty cold right after.“

“StretchLab has been my saving grace since back surgery in 2017. I tried so many other therapy type approaches but nothing compared to the long term benefit of stretching. Justin and Christy are amazing stretchologists and very knowledgeable although I have also seen a number of others on occasion and they have all been well trained in stretching techniques. If you haven't tried it, I highly recommend you do.“

“I can't say enough good things about Cascade and their entire staff. I've been going to Dr. Race for probably 10 years. I wouldn't be able to walk without his help. I even drove down from Oregon for 5 years because he knows my history and has been there through a few car accidents and other injuries. He educates me on why there's pain and where it originates from, to the point I can continue my care at home with stretches and massage in between appointments. They work with my schedule and understand if I need to wait a week to pay. Camille and Holly at the desk are always welcoming and helpful, especially if you run into a scheduling conflict and need to move your appointment. After moving back from Oregon, I still drive from Roseville to see Dr. Race and back to Citrus Heights where I live, once a week. If they weren't that good, I wouldn't waste my time, gas or sanity in traffic to see them!“

I decided to get it cut here at Life Time Folsom recently by Joan. She did an AMAZING job. Only person I can trust to cut it the way I want. Highly recommend her if you're looking to get started with someone experienced!“
