“StretchLab has been my saving grace since back surgery in 2017. I tried so many other therapy type approaches but nothing compared to the long term benefit of stretching. Justin and Christy are amazing stretchologists and very knowledgeable although I have also seen a number of others on occasion and they have all been well trained in stretching techniques. If you haven't tried it, I highly recommend you do.“

Stopped by The grocery store BelAir for some Groceries (always fresh at this spot), Got some super good food at Chick-N-Burger (consistent food here if you're looking for good food) and I went for a long walk around the entire marketplace.

This is a great place to get all your things done and a great place to feel safe.

My favorite thing about that restaurant, is the self ordering kiosk. I don't even have to talk to anyone and they're right in the back making it after handing me my drink. ???? super good places here at Broadstone I'm not sure why I don't get out here more.“

The only reason why I’m giving 4 stars because the room was a little bit chilly and my masseuse wiped my entire body with warm towel after massaging my back and legs before I turned over but then i get pretty cold right after.“

She focuses on connective tissue, and works in ways no one ever attemped on me before. I've seen her four times now and will certainly keep going.“
