“I went in limping with pain in both knees down to my calf's. I should also mention I am over 300 lbs, my job is labour intensive/stressful and I have RA. I requested that we do a focus massage (my muscles were angry) to address my pain. Cara Anne was so in tuned to my body. She was hard were she needed to be and made sure I was okay with the pressure at all times. After my hour massage I walked out still able to put more pressure on my knees and now as I write this 10 hours later able to walk without much discomfort. I will be making weekly appointments and then biweekly for maintenance.“
