When I finished with PT and wanted to continue with a trainer, I was hesitant because of experiences with other gyms. My concerns were soon put to rest. A great facility that truly puts the “personal” in personal training.

Really loved the infrared sauna! I felt amazing after my visit. Kate is lovely - so kind, caring, and informative. The facility is wonderful and the room felt very spa-like. Will definitely return!

I was searching for a trigger point massage therapist and am SO HAPPY to have found Kate and Just Breathe! She is a magician with magic hands working with my fascia and muscles! I've enjoyed a few sessions with her and wow! Scalp massages are off the hook!She is also incredibly understanding and flexible with my multiple schedule changes. I am so thankful to be able to sign up for a monthly membership! So looking forward to my next session!
