Really loved the infrared sauna! I felt amazing after my visit. Kate is lovely - so kind, caring, and informative. The facility is wonderful and the room felt very spa-like. Will definitely return!

I am so happy I found this place on Yelp! Absolutely amazing communication and service! Due to COVID-19 I wasn't able to sign up for monthly treatments but happy I was this year! Looking forward to 2021 being the year I get my life back and be pain free!! Kate is amazing!! Very informative and actually truly listens to you! I finally feel hopeful of regaining strength and eliminating the pain I've had for years!

I have known Amy for many years and she really is something special, a rare seedling if you will. I have had many massages in my life trying to fix my shoulder after having chronic pain in it for years, she is the only massage therapist who has figured out what the origin of the problem was instead of just treating the symptoms, she gave me "homework" to work on it and get better outside of the treatment and I almost cried after getting off the table because I felt a sense of balance and evenness in my body that I hadn't in a very long time, if you want a therapist who actually listens and reads your body well, she is your person. Our Practitioners are dedicated to providing clients with medical orthopedic massage techniques and integrate a range of therapies to help achieve optimal health and well-being. At the time of your appointment, we will have a brief discussion to determine what your concerns are and how you are feeling. Your session will be customized to your specific need or ailment to help alleviate any discomfort you may have and/or give you the relaxation you need whether it's due to stress, rehabilitation, preventative, or post-op lymphatic drainage. We then provide you a wellness plan with a better understanding of your health and well-being.
