“I wish I could give them 10 stars. Jeff is the perfect mixture of easy-going and detail oriented. I stumbled across his shop one day after visiting a few larger businesses, and he immediately put me at ease with his professionalism and knowledge. I went in to the shop four or five times before deciding on a final floor, picking up and dropping off samples each time and never felt like I was being annoying and indecisive even though I was! When I changed my mind mid job, about a section of the floor, he pivoted easily. Everything about the installation process was seamless. Jeff came over to measure and answer questions, and his installers were a pleasure to have around, and the quality of their work was outstanding. I worked with several other subcontractors on this project, and without a doubt, this was my favorite.“

I called and spoke with Jenine on several occasions about underfloor heating (actually the manufacture of the product I was interested in suggested I call Radiant Way which is hos I found them) and she was very helpful and knowledgable. I would recommend this company to anyone. When I had a concern about my tile installer working with the product Jenine told me not to worry that he could even talk to the owner of the company for advice if he needed it. This type of quality service is hard to find in the home remodeling arena I have found so hats off to Radiant Way & Jenine for 5 start service!“

“Nelson and his team do it all, and they do it all very well. They have now done horizontal and vertical fencing for us and put in gates to a fence that had been built by amateurs and needed some extra care. They have also raised the sunken living room floor in our mid-century home, matching the oak floors about as well as seems possible, to what I reckon is about 98% like (in his understated fashion, Nelson had guaranteed us 80%). As part of the floor install, they had to rip out old brick, and have also installed a beautiful new tile fireplace. Nelson also spent the weekend personally staining casing for our new windows in an emergency situation when the person we had originally intended to do it fell through. We hope to get Nelson and working on kitchen backsplashes and bathrooms next. The crew is friendly, customer-oriented, very talented, and extremely hard working and efficient. Nelson is a delight to consult with, always has great design ideas, and comes to work alongside his crew regularly, making sure every detail is right. His pricing is very reasonable.“
