“Super responsive. We needed a runner installed on some wooden stairs that we had purchased on line and required putting two runners together with padding. It was clear via his specific questions that he was very knowledgeable (compared to others I was in communication with who only asked a few questions). He asked for photos, patiently responded to a variety of questions (even when it was an evening on a weekend) and was prompt, very clean, and did a great job. Very friendly and personable. “Reading through all the past reviews; looks like 2014 was just a bad year. Fast forward to 2023, and with Medine at the helm, we had a FANTASTIC experience. She has a very sharp eye for detail, and when she gives you a time for when she'll show up, she keeps her word. We got a kitchen island installed for MUCH, MUCH less than other contractors we spoke with. She communicates well via phone and text, and from our experience, she delivered everything as promised. She was knowledgeable about all the necessary housing codes, and everything worked out amazingly well in the end. Her co worker Elijah looked up best ways to clean my hardwood floors due to my pet and this was very helpful. When I entered the store they were so welcoming, inviting and comfortable. I live down the street and I believe my landlord purchased her hardwood floors from this location and I must say they did a beautiful job.
